Space Enhancements

Design Dialogue offers designs services customized to your individual needs. In addition to complete interior design services Design Dialogue provides assistance to help you solve just about any design issue you might have, large or small. The following are several specific services but remember Design Dialogue is all about customizing design solutions to meet your needs.

Room Make-over. Pick a room, you decide how you want to use the space. Whether or not to use everything currently there or are there opportunities to include elements from other rooms to enhance the one you have selected. Often after showcasing a home for sale the home owner comments that the home looks and feels better than it every had and that it was a shame that it hadn’t looked that good for all the years they lived there and now they’re leaving. I always explain that if we were enhancing the home for them to live in rather than presenting the home to sell it would be even better. Instead of using their furnishing and accessories to make the home compelling to a buyer it would be all about you, your lifestyle, and enhancing your quality of life. You most certainly don’t have to be a home owner to take advantage of a home that makes you feel great. Clients tell me all the time after reworking a space, that they never knew their furnishing and accessories could look so good.

Display & Accessorizing. You like the way the furniture is currently placed in a room and would like a little help with displaying accessories, collections, artwork and lighting. Kitchens and built-in bookcases are wonderful opportunities this service.

Space planning. This design service is especially helpful for anyone relocating from a larger environment to a smaller one. A few examples; relocating from a house to a condominium, apartment/retirement community, or smaller house. It is an excellent opportunity to cherry pick the contents of a larger home to create a truly inspired smaller home. The merging of two households can also benefit from this service.
